We lost our Hahn's macaw, Casey, near Aldi's 5/9 in Garner, NC just before dark. She's about the size of a cockatiel and is almost all green. She does talk and vocalize extensively, so keep and eye and an ear out for a parrot's screams and or oddball talking and/or vocalizations. Last confirmed audio was 5/13 around 2pm, behind Buckingham Rd near Poole Drive. We received a report 5/15 that she may have flown down and been taken to the 40/42 area, and may have been sighted near there. 5/18 we heard she has possibly been sighted somewhere along timber drive but no details about when or where. Please help us spread the word that we are looking for our beloved pet and want to get her back. Please call if you see or hear anything you think might be promising. Please don't try to catch her, rather put out some food and see if she'll come to you and, most importantly, call us immediately. here's the google maps i made with info on where we've posted flyers and looked. it ain't pretty but it's something.
